Dariusz Dąbski has been associated with the Puls Television project since 2006, initially as a Partner of News Corporation (now Fox Corporation) and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. In 2008, he became President of the Puls Television Management Board.
After taking over as President of the station, he carried out a thorough restructuring of Telewizja Puls, changed the programming strategy, introduced TV Puls to the digital multiplex, launched a new nationwide channel with universal themes – PULS 2, and increased the viewership of the station's channels from 0.4% in 2006 to 6.4% in 2021. In 2013, 2014 and 2015, TV Puls, a channel broadcast by Telewizja Puls, received three "Tele Tygodnia" Telekamera awards (respectively in the categories: "lifestyle channel", for "a huge increase in viewership and joining the five largest television channels in Poland", and for "the most family-friendly television channel on the market"), and in 2016 – the most important industry award, the Golden Telekamera, for outstanding television achievements. The TV Puls series "Pawnshop. Life Under Collateral" also received the "Tele Tygodnia" Telekamera of the Week in 2018, 2019, and 2020, as well as the Golden Telekamera. Today, Telewizja Puls is the third largest commercial station in Poland.
He began his professional career in the United States. After returning to Poland, he held senior positions at key companies in the IT, telecommunications, internet, and fuel sectors. He served as CEO of Optimus SA, Fujitsu Siemens Computers, Netia Telecom, TDC Internet, AC&G, and Entertainment Systems Poland, among others. He also chaired the supervisory boards of PKN Orlen, Optimus Lockheed Martin, and Onet.pl.
He is a former competitive judo athlete and model for the global agency ELITE. His work is his passion, but he values time spent with his family most. His wife, Erin Dąbska, is the president of the TV Puls "Pod Dębem" Foundation, which helps seniors.
