Internet of Things as a factor of economic acceleration

The Internet of Things has the potential to significantly improve the way we live, learn, work and ultimately play.
In addition to exciting consumer solutions such as connected cars and smart home functions, the Internet of Things is redefining industrial processes. Streamlining or even revolutionizing the supply chain and logistics can reduce costs, increase efficiency and reduce dependence on human labor. The ubiquitous positioning technology can make it possible to locate lost or stolen goods. IoT technology is horizontal. This means it can be used in many different industries and business solutions. Additionally, within each industry, IoT systems may occur at various stages of the supply chain, creating ecosystems of solutions that penetrate individual market segments. In addition to costs and the long-term strategic vision of the company, the implementation of the Internet of Things is also associated with other challenges, such as the lack of appropriate regulations. During the panel we will discuss the following issues:

  • What are the benefits of implementing IoT in organizations?
  • How does the Internet of Things currently support economic acceleration, how can it support it?
  • What does IoT implementation involve?
  • What are some real-world examples of this technology being used?
  • What is the state of regulation related to the Internet of Things?
  • What is the future of this technology in broadly understood application?
  • What challenges do we have to face so that we can implement and use this technology
