Deputy Director of the ESF Department at the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy. A graduate of the University of Warsaw with a degree in political and social sciences, he has been involved in the implementation of operational programs financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) since 2005. He coordinates the ESF evaluation and assessment system in Poland and collaborates with international organizations, government, and local government institutions on assessing the effectiveness of public policies. He is a co-author of the Accessibility Plus Program and the Act on Ensuring Accessibility for People with Special Needs. He coordinates the implementation of the Program and the Act, as well as the issue of counteracting discrimination in cohesion policy funds in Poland.

Expert in digital accessibility and market regulations

She has been involved in public administration for over two decades, specializing in regulatory, control, and digital accessibility issues. She is currently Head of Department at the Digital Competence Development Center of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, where she manages strategic issues related to digital accessibility, including the project "Systematic Education of Digital Accessibility Specialists .

Her areas of work include:

• Implementation of provisions arising from the Act on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities and the Act on Ensuring Compliance with Accessibility Requirements by Business Entities.
• Coordinating legislative activities and providing opinions on draft legal acts in the field of accessibility
• Preparing projects financed from national and EU funds, supporting the development of accessibility in Poland.
• Collaboration with national and international institutions in the field of digital accessibility and regulation.

Program and project manager with extensive experience in IT project management in the areas of software and application development, digital transformation, and cloud services. He is currently a Program Manager at Gaia-X European Association for Data and Cloud AISBL, based in Brussels. Previously, he worked for Atos, based in Munich, where he was responsible for managing large IT projects for companies such as Siemens. He also spent many years in the research and development industry.

The Gaia-X European Association for Data and Cloud (AISBL) is an international, non-profit association founded to develop a framework for creating a secure, federated data infrastructure for Europe. To date, over 350 entities and organizations have joined the association, which was founded in January 2021 by 22 founding companies.
