Researcher and academic teacher at the Warsaw School of Economics. She specializes in research in the areas of accessibility, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Author of scientific publications: monographs, chapters, and scientific articles. Currently, she is working on a publication commissioned by the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, entitled "Implementation of Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services by Business Entities."
She is an Accessibility Ambassador at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Chairwoman of the Council and member of the working group for the participation of people with special needs in research activities as part of the Inclusive SGH project "In SGH." Participant in the development of the SGH Accessibility Strategy and other regulations related to accessibility at the university. Lecturer on
issues related to accessibility, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Author and lecturer of the course "Accessibility as a Strategy for a Sustainable Company" and author and director of the postgraduate program "Accessibility Management in Business."
Social activist for the protection of the rights and interests of people with disabilities. Member of the board of the Foundation of Polish Blind and Partially Sighted People "Trakt", member of the board and leader of the Vision area at LC Warszawa Host, chairwoman of the program council and the team of experts for the continuous professional development of people with visual disabilities at CMKP, representative of the board of the National Section of Blind Massage Therapists and Physiotherapists for the inclusion, education and professional development of people with visual disabilities.
