He heads the Digital Poland Foundation, whose mission is to make Poland a center of innovation. He is a board member of the European AI Forum, the largest organization of European AI companies (over 2,000 entities), headquartered in Brussels.

He has nearly 20 years of experience in the TMT sector, spanning digital transformation, business process modeling, innovation development, business strategy implementation, market and service analysis, and public policy development in the new technologies sector. He has worked for Cyfrowy Polsat, EY, the National Centre for Research and Development, Polkomtel, Orange Polska, and Shell Polska, among others.
